Training Program

Yes we have a training program and curriculum for your Jiu Jitsu journey, for beginners to Black Belt and beyond. Jiu Jitsu Athletic Club will guide you through and give you the tools to succeed in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.We welcome practitioners of all levels in the Gi and No Gi.Based on the experience of over two Decades of training and teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Sport, Self Defense, Fitness and Healthy Living, along with more than a Decade of Competition at the highest level in the Black Belt Divisions, we pass our knowledge to our members and our team.Whether you are just starting or have been training for years, Jiu Jitsu Athletic Club will add to your knowledge and success in the Art.At the Beginnner and White Belt levels you will train the fundementals and start to understand how Jiu Jitsu works, how to move , stay safe, attack, defend, control yourself and other people with leverage, postioning and movement.We have curriculum for all Belt and experience levels to advance and become adept and confident in each level of the Art.When the higher Belts are achieved there is always a lot to learn. The upper Belts continue growth, understanding, and break through plateaus in the Art.Jiu JItsu Athletic Club Program Coordinator is a 4th Degree Black Belt, a multiple time World Champion in the Black Belt Divisions and has been training, teaching and competing as Black Belt for over 15 years.
